Welcome to IX ISTE State Level Students Convention 2010!

• Those requesting for hospitality should register as soon as possible. Services will be offered on first registered first served basis.
• A mail confirming your hospitality will be sent to your mail ids within two days. This mail confirms your accommodation in EEC during IX ISTE Student Convention 2010.

Rules & Regulations

• Each participant must have his/her college ID card at all times with them and should produce it on request.
• The Hospitality registration is separate from the registration for events.
• Rooms will be provided on sharing basis only. Requests for individual rooms or any other complaints in this regard will not be entertained.
• Hospitality will be provided on preference basis only. Since the availability of accommodation is limited, kindly register as early as possible.
• Each participant should register individually. A mail confirming your hospitality will be sent to your mail ids within two days. Please bring a printout of the mail while coming to The Convention. Rooms will be provided only based on the receipt of the print out.
• Participants are requested to take care of their belongings during their stay at Night. Neither the Hospitality Team nor the institution will take responsibility for any loss.
• Due to limited rooms’ availability, no accommodation will be provided for local participants.
• Participants must abide by the rules and regulations of the Hostel. If they are found to be violating the rules, they will be asked to vacate immediately.

Hospitality Desk

Look out for the directions, which we shall position at appropriate locations within the campus. The participants will be offered accommodation on first come first served basis. Kindly ensure this checklist for accommodation at The Convention 2010.

• The Convention ID, given while registering at events
