GUIDELINES FOR POSTER DESIGNING CONTEST
The contest is all about your creativity and how effective you are in telling the given theme(s). Think beyond the reality to show the world what actually the seeming strength of reality is. The real nature of the theme must be brought out with exuberant colours and better illustrations.
Rules & Regulation
- Each team consist of two members

The Poster must be submitted at registration desk

Hard copy of the poster must have participant name attached to it

25 teams will be selected for final
-
All the necessary sources for designing the poster will be provided
-
Adobe Photoshop 7.0 software will be provided
-
The standard size for the poster will be given on spot at the time of announcing the themes
-
The output of the image should be in jpeg or tiff format
-
The prize winning poster will have its recognition in events related to the concerned themes

All participants selected for the final will be given participation certificate
Prelims
- General or Technical Themes are preferred
- A3 sized Hard copy must be brought for selection
- Poster must also be brought in .psd format without merging the visible layer
- Marks are based on Topic chosen, Creativity & Efforts taken
- Judges decision will be the final
Finals
- Themes will be given on the spot
- Maximum duration is 1 hour
- Judging criteria will be based on Creativity & Tools used
- Judges decision will be the final
Important Note

Each participant can participate in a maximum of 3 events other than Project & Paper

The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.

The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all the above rules as they deem fit.

Any change in the rules, if any will be highlighted on the website and notified to the registered participants.
